NC LIVE has recently completed an upgrade to the technical infrastructure that powers our website, content and services. Bringing our software and hardware up to date enables us to provide more secure and higher quality service to librarians and patrons. The upgrade also positions us to leverage emerging technologies as they are developed. Some of the benefits of our infrastructure upgrade are:

1. Speed. Upgrading software and hardware enables our web pages and resources to load faster than ever before.

Access to Films on Demand & Ferguson's Career Guidance Center has mostly been restored though intermittent issues remain.

Over the past year, NC LIVE has been working with Gale and Peterson's to improve the content and functionality of Testing & Education Reference Center (TERC) on behalf of NC LIVE members. We are pleased to announce the following content additions and interface improvements.

Update 9/6/2018: The videos from the NC LIVE Video Collection are now available through our Films on Demand platform at www.nclive.org/cgi-bin/nclsm?rsrc=379. For immediate access, you can search for content by title in Films on Demand, which will be our new platform for NC LIVE Video Collection content. To generate a link that will work on and off campus, click Embed/Link under the video you want to use and copy the Record URL. Please let us know if you have any issues finding content or using the interface.
